1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license key for Cordon Studio, or by using the website cordon.stuniq.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA") provided by Stuniq Technologies.
2. License Grant & Scope
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees via Razorpay:
- Community Edition: You are granted a free, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the community version for personal or educational purposes.
- Pro & Security Licenses: You are granted a lifetime, perpetual, non-exclusive license to activate and run the software on up to 2 simultaneous personal hardware machines. Machine IDs can be transferred via the customer portal.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer the license validation server, distribute unauthorized license generators, or resell license keys to third parties.
3. Non-Personal Telemetry & Software Diagnostics
To maintain high reliability, track compatibility across diverse host Docker engines and host operating systems, and diagnose application crash events, Cordon Studio may transmit anonymous, non-personal diagnostic metrics.
These metrics never contain source code, file contents, terminal keystrokes, personal identifiers, or network traffic packets. You can opt out of non-personal telemetry at any time in the desktop application under Settings → Privacy & Telemetry.
4. Ethical Cybersecurity & Acceptable Use
Cordon Studio provides tooling (such as Kali Linux base images, OpenVPN routing, packet capture, and security docks) intended strictly for authorized educational research, Capture-The-Flag (CTF) competitions, penetration testing with written consent, and defensive security auditing.
You agree never to use Cordon Studio to conduct unauthorized intrusions, denial-of-service attacks, data interception, or illegal cyber activities. Stuniq Technologies bears no responsibility for any misuse of third-party security tools executed within local containers.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stuniq Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Cordon Studio.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
