We want you to be fully satisfied with Cordon Studio. If our desktop application does not operate as expected on your hardware or Docker host environment, you are entitled to a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
1. Overview of Digital Goods
Cordon Studio is developed and distributed by Stuniq Technologies (operating through the domain cordon.stuniq.in). Our products consist of downloadable desktop software and cryptographic license keys that unlock premium capabilities (including dynamic RDP desktop provisioning, embedded VS Code, and air-gapped security mode).
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, the following conditions apply:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be received by our team at
support@stuniq.inwithin 7 days from the exact timestamp of purchase. - Proof of Purchase: You must provide the Order ID or the email address used during purchase.
- License Revocation: Upon approval of the refund, the issued license key (
CRDN-XXXX-...) will be permanently deactivated in our licensing registry and removed from your account.

Once your refund request is confirmed by Stuniq Technologies, the refund will be initiated via the Razorpay payment gateway to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days from initiation.
5. Order Cancellations
Since digital license keys and download links are delivered instantly upon successful completion of Razorpay checkout, standard pre-delivery order cancellation is not applicable. Please submit a refund request in accordance with Section 2 if you no longer wish to keep your license.
